PASSING OF TITLE--AT TIME AND PLACE OF SHIPMENT OF GOODS
Title to the [Type of goods] sold under this agreement shall not pass to buyer at the time the goods are identified to the agreement, but shall only pass at the time of and place from which shipment of the goods is made by seller to buyer.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
